Description

Axehorn: A common browser of coniferous boreal forests throughtout Eurasia, the Axehorn is a hardosaur named for the shape of it's split head-crest, as well as the fact that said crest is often used like an axe, the animal banging and scraping the lower spike-like part of the crest on tree trunks to remove bark for food. The large, colorful crest is also used for courtship displays. The dinosaurs neck is heavily muscled and long to allow it to lift this heavy crest up. Aside from it's crest, the axehorn is quite similar to other crested hardosaurs, or lambeosaurines, descended from herbivores like Corythosaurus and Parasaurolophus.

Volf: During the Cretaceous period, dromaeosaurs like Velociraptor and Dromaeosaurus were small, yet intelligent, social and viscous predators, armed with sharp teeth and long, sickle-like claws. This anatomy and lifestyle, which allowed them to prey on larger dinosaurs, has served the "raptors" well, so well that the most widespread raptor in modern times still lives and looks that the dromaeosaurs of old. Volves live in a wide range of environments across North America, Asia and Europe, from high tundra to taiga forest, temperate woodland to the great plains. At around 200 pound and 12 feet long, their capable of killing man-sized prey alone. But these animals are social, like their ancestors, often found in packs of up to 20, centered around a dominant breeding male and female; the "alphas". Together, volves can run down and slaughter animals weighing dozens of times more than them, inflicting deep wounds with their powerful jaws line dwith dozens of sharp teeth, and using their enlarged toe claws to slize dinosaurs alive will they cling on with thier front claws.
